We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Business Manager to handle Core Endo business across West Bengal, including Sutures and Staplers.

The role will involve developing business at the district level and Medical Colleges, with a strong focus on Government Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Core Endo products – Sutures, Staplers & Equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government Institutions and Medical Colleges.
- Generate and utilize market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive business development activities across districts of West Bengal.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business commitments.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in Core Endo sales, particularly Sutures, Staplers and Equipment.
- Strong understanding of the West Bengal healthcare market.
- Experience dealing with Government Institutions, Medical Colleges and Tenders will be preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage territory-level business development.
