Job SummaryWe are looking for qualified and experienced technicians to support day-to-day maintenance activities at customer sites. The selected candidates will be responsible for the inspection, functional testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of Terminal Automation System (TAS) instruments and associated equipment. Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual health checks of terminal automation systems.
- Conduct functional testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of instruments.
- Maintain and service metering instruments, including BCU, ERU, rack monitors, mass flow meters, flow meters, DCV, RIT, density meters, and transmitters.
- Inspect and maintain loading arms, strainer cum air eliminators, valves, terminal flow monitoring systems, and junction boxes.
- Maintain CCTV systems, card readers, barrier gates, turnstiles, traffic lights,



and other access-control equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance of servers, workstations, Ethernet switches, terminal servers, printers, and routers.
- Inspect UPS systems, ACDB panels, battery banks, cabinets, and electrical panels.
- Maintain and test safety systems, including ESD, MCP, hooters, sirens, PA systems, fire and gas detectors, and display units.
- Support maintenance of pumps, engines, and other site equipment as assigned.
- Maintain daily attendance registers, gate passes, work permits, and activity registers.
- Follow all site safety procedures, HSE guidelines, and customer requirements.
- Submit maintenance records and supporting documentation as required.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, or mechanical maintenance.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial instruments.
- Basic understanding of terminal automation systems and associated equipment.
- Ability to maintain technical records and follow safety procedures.
- Willingness to work at the assigned customer site for the full deputation period.

.Note: This is a site-based role for a duration of two years. Candidates must be willing to work at the assigned project location during normal day-shift hours.
