Role Description The Telesales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves contacting prospective and existing customers by phone to explain loan and credit products, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable options.

The Telesales

Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer queries, and guide applicants through the loan application process.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on leads, meeting sales targets,



and coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions as needed. The role also requires adherence to compliance guidelines, clear documentation of interactions, and participation in ongoing product and process training.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with explicit and professional phone manners.
- Proven Sales aptitude, including lead conversion, negotiation, and target-driven performance.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, and to quickly learn product features and procedures.
- Willingness to work in a target oriented role.
- Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or financial services is preferred.
- Basic understanding of loan and credit card products, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and standard office software for data entry and reporting.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
