Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to introduce products, explain features and benefits, and convert inquiries into sales.

The Telesales

Executive will identify and qualify leads, maintain updated records of prospects and customers, and follow up consistently to close deals. Daily responsibilities include handling customer questions, providing basic technical or product information, resolving simple issues, and escalating complex concerns when needed. The role also includes meeting individual and team sales targets,



preparing brief call reports, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and meet revenue targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools are beneficial.
- Previous experience in telesales, call center operations, or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in office in Lucknow, follow structured call scripts when needed, and adhere to performance goals.
- Minimum education at higher secondary level; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added benefit.
