Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Raipur.

The Telemarketing

Specialist will engage prospective and existing customers via phone to introduce TECH TRUV’s services, qualify leads, and drive interest in sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing clear and accurate information, and updating call logs and customer records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and support campaign-based calling activities.

The Telemarketing

Specialist will also address basic customer questions,



manage objections professionally, and maintain high standards of service and communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess transparent and confident Communication skills, including fluent spoken English and/or local languages, and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, call centers, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Candidates should be comfortable using CRM tools, call management software, and basic office applications.
- Candidates should demonstrate resilience, target orientation, time management, and the ability to work in a structured, on-site environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
