Job Details

- Position: Telesales Executive
- Location: Lakhe Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
- Work Mode: Work From Office (On-site)
- Employment Type: Full time
- Experience: 1+ year preferred
- Salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month + performance-based incentives
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Introduce and explain Origain Global Corp’s SaaS and software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate product benefits clearly.
- Follow up with interested prospects to encourage conversions.
- Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
- Schedule product demonstrations or connect prospects with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling,



lead-generation, and conversion targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
