Role Description The Telecalling role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Daily tasks include collecting and verifying basic customer information, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams to move applications forward.

The Telecaller will respond to customer queries, maintain accurate call and lead records in the system,



and support the sales and operations teams by updating them on customer status. The position requires consistent achievement of calling targets while maintaining professional communication and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and courteously.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, manage objections, and maintain client trust.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM or call-tracking tools, email, and spreadsheets for maintaining records.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, follow-up schedules, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort working with numbers and financial information, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting while remaining ethical, compliant, and respectful in all interactions.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is an advantage.
- Prior telecalling, BPO, or financial services experience is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; additional local languages are a plus.
