Role Description This full time Tele Caller role is a hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce TDM’s digital marketing services, identify potential client needs, and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining service offerings, answering basic queries, maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team. The role also involves updating CRM or call logs, meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets,



and collaborating with colleagues to refine call scripts and messaging.

The Tele

Caller is expected to maintain a professional, courteous communication style and uphold TDM’s focus on transparent, results-driven client interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and confident phone etiquette.
- Basic sales and persuasion abilities, including objection handling and lead qualification.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on building trust and maintaining positive relationships.
- Comfort with using CRM tools or call tracking software and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ability to meet targets, work with structured call plans, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and local languages commonly used in Ahmedabad is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Ahmedabad and adapt to changing business needs.
