Role Overview

Soltrac Power is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to generate genuine leads for residential and commercial solar projects through outbound cold calling. The candidate will connect with potential customers, explain the benefits of solar energy, identify interested prospects, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial customers.
- Generate genuine leads for solar rooftop installations.
- Explain the basic benefits of solar energy and available solar solutions.
- Identify interested customers and understand their solar requirements.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer contact details and lead information.




- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident, polite, and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Basic convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
