About Tejjy Inc.Tejjy Inc. is a US-based Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) technology company specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM), MEP coordination, architectural and engineering services, and digital construction solutions.

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator with strong technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, BIM coordination, and US project standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models with architectural and structural models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Autodesk Navisworks and Revit.
- Review BIM models, construction drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated layouts for accuracy.
- Identify, document, and track clashes and prepare clash reports for project teams.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, US standards, and established BIM execution plans.
- Support the preparation and review of coordinated construction documents and MEP layouts.
- Manage model updates, revisions, and coordination meetings to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain BIM model quality, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and project documentation.




- Communicate effectively with US-based clients and project teams during working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MEP BIM coordination.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience working on US-based projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks.
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Experience with clash detection, coordination workflows, and clash resolution.
- Knowledge of US construction documentation practices, building codes, and relevant project standards.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings, architectural plans, and structural drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace and collaborate with international teams.

Work Requirements
- Full-time, permanent work-from-home position.
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Webcam must remain ON during working hours, except during approved breaks.
- Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work setup.
- Candidates must be comfortable working with US-based project teams.

Compensation
- Maximum CTC: ₹8- ₹10 LPA, depending on skills and relevant experience.
