Role Description The Technology Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for delivering engaging technology education using AIR G International’s AI, robotics, IoT, and VR platforms. This role involves planning and conducting hands-on classes, workshops, and lab sessions for students in schools, universities, and innovation labs. The instructor will adapt curricula to learner needs, demonstrate hardware and software tools, and guide learners through practical projects, making complex concepts accessible and applied.





Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning setting.

The Technology

Instructor will also collaborate with the education and product teams to refine teaching content, support institutional partners, and contribute to outreach and training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design, with the ability to create structured, hands-on learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Education skills to explain technical concepts clearly and support diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Training experience, including facilitating workshops, labs, or classroom sessions in technology or STEM domains.
- Relevant skills such as basic to intermediate proficiency in AI, robotics, IoT, or programming, and experience using educational technology tools are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in teaching or training, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage groups of learners, and foster an inclusive, innovation-focused classroom environment is required.
- Prior experience working with schools, universities, or youth programs, and an interest in mentoring early-stage and underrepresented innovators, is an advantage.
