We are looking for US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team and work on US-based IT staffing requirements.

? Location: CR Park, New Delhi

? Working Hours: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM

? Role: US IT Recruiter

? Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based requirements.
- Work on job portals, LinkedIn, candidate databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and schedule interviews.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.




- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth coordination through submission and interview stages.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn US IT recruitment may also be considered.
