Must-have:
- Has executed and delivered Mobile, web, and Desktop applications end-to-end.
- Understands, at a high level, how an application is built and improved (architecture basics, APIs, releases, QA cycles), well enough to hold technical discussions with engineers.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira: creating tasks, tracking execution, monitoring progress and managing releases.
- Has managed and led a team (planning, assigning work, following up, unblocking).
Good to have:
- Experience in the gaming domain (a plus, not mandatory).
Also worth checking:
- Experience working with Product, Design, Engineering and QA teams, including reading PRDs and turning them into clear tickets.
- Release planning, dependency and risk management, and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Comfort working in an Agile or sprint-based setup.
