About the Role

Are you a hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and driving projects from concept to production?

Binary Waves Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise, architectural knowledge, and proven experience leading end-to-end technical delivery. We’re seeking someone who can make sound technical decisions, guide development teams, and translate business requirements into scalable, reliable software solutions.

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in software development, including technical leadership and hands-on implementation.
- Strong programming expertise in Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Python.
- Solid knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Experience in software architecture, application design, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with code reviews, technical estimation, implementation planning, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of Docker/containerization and enterprise application integrations.
- Proven ability to mentor developers, guide technical decisions, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.




- Experience owning technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical architecture, solution design, development, and implementation.
- Take ownership of technical delivery, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
- Drive technical discussions, review code and architecture, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Guide developers, support effort estimation, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Positive to Have

Experience in Manufacturing Digital Transformation, MES/MOM, IIoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, or ERP–MES–Machine Integration will be an added advantage.
