We are looking for an experienced Technical Director to lead our technology strategy, oversee technical architecture, and drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the organization's technology strategy and technical roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor engineering managers, architects, technical leads, and development teams.
- Oversee the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and platforms.
- Drive architectural decisions, technology selection, engineering standards, and best practices.
- Ensure successful delivery of complex technology projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Establish and monitor engineering KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive innovation, automation, cloud adoption, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Manage technical risks, resolve critical escalations, and ensure effective problem resolution.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution design, effort estimation, proposals, and client presentations, where required.
- Manage technology budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, or enterprise solution delivery.
- Proven experience leading large engineering teams and managing complex technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, distributed systems, and enterprise application development.
- Experience in design, development, and modernization of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks, APIs, microservices, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies and actionable execution plans.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital transformation and enterprise-scale technology modernization.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and engineering governance.
- Relevant cloud or architecture certifications.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
