We're Hiring: Tech Lead / Architect – Java, Python & AWS

Location: Noida

Experience: 16+ Years Overall | 6+ Years Relevant Experience

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office per Week)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Architect with solid hands-on expertise in Java, Python, and AWS to design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications and GenAI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate must have deep coding expertise in both Java and Python, strong AWS fundamentals, microservices architecture experience, and hands-on exposure to AWS Bedrock and enterprise ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Python.
- Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Develop and integrate GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock (Claude), including RAG and vector database patterns.
- Implement AWS services, including IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
- Manage secure model invocation, IAM role scoping, model ARN configuration, token budgeting, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Oracle.
- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work on CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), observability,



and performance optimization.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Mandatory Technical Skills Java: Java 11+/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, REST APIs

Python: FastAPI, Pandas, Boto3, Async/Await

AWS: IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, VPC, AWS Bedrock

GenAI: Amazon Bedrock (Claude), RAG, Vector Databases, Guardrails

Containers: Docker and Kubernetes

ERP Integration: SAP S/4HANA APIs (BAPI/OData/RFC), Workday or Oracle

DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins/GitHub Actions or equivalent, Terraform/CloudFormation

Strong hands-on coding and troubleshooting capabilities in both Java and Python.

Good to Have

- Kafka/RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture
- MLOps and Amazon RDS PostgreSQL
- Drools or externalized rules engines
- Okta/SSO and OAuth2
- Amazon ECR and EC2 deployment pipelines
- Azure or GCP exposure (optional; not mandatory)

AWS is the primary and mandatory cloud platform. Candidates with Azure-only experience will not be suitable for this role.
