Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Team Leader for Spare at Abhi Impact Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd., located in Ramanagara.

The Team

Leader will oversee spare parts logistics operations, including inventory management, storage, and dispatch, ensuring timely availability of spares for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with warehouse staff, transport teams,



and customer service to maintain accurate stock records, optimize space utilization, and support smooth material flow.

Leader will monitor daily activities, track performance metrics, implement standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives in line with company quality and safety standards. The position also requires preparing regular reports, resolving operational issues, and fostering collaboration within the team to meet service level and cost efficiency targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in logistics, warehousing, or spare parts management, ideally within a high-volume industrial or automotive environment.
- Strong skills in inventory control, stock planning, and material handling, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reduce discrepancies.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or ERP tools, along with basic MS Excel and data reporting capabilities.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, and staff training.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Sound understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards in warehousing and logistics operations.
- Ability to analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement practical process improvements.
- Preferred educational background: diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
