Overall Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Location: Chennai

Shift-5:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MBA, or related field,
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Must Have Skills:

- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.

Positive To Have Skills:

- Deep understanding of P2P process
- Review, process and oversee invoice processing, PO/Non-PO matching, and exception handling.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, managing payment runs and aged payable analysis.
- Resolve vendor escalations, performing vendor statement reconciliations and follow-ups.
- Monitor duplicate payment prevention controls and drive process improvements.
- Handle a team with more than 10people and

Job Responsibilities

- Review, process and oversee invoice processing, PO/Non-PO matching, and exception handling.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, managing payment runs and aged payable analysis.
- Resolve vendor escalations, performing vendor statement reconciliations and follow-ups.
- Monitor duplicate payment prevention controls and drive process improvements.
- Support T&E; expense processing and compliance
- Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review.




- Researching/reconciling of accounts payable and supplier statements
- T&E; Audit Review
- Internal Quality control review
- SOX Reporting review
- Arrange for periodic training for the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes
- Periodic calls and meetings with clients to discuss SLA compliance and ongoing plans to improve processes.
