Role Description The Team Lead Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This position oversees a team of accounting and finance professionals, assigns and reviews daily work, and ensures accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.

Responsibilities include monitoring bookkeeping and reporting activities, coordinating month-end and year-end closing, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

The Team Lead

Manager will coach and mentor team members, support performance reviews, and collaborate with senior leadership on process improvements and resource planning. This role also involves resolving operational issues,



preparing summary reports for management, and fostering effective communication within the team and with clients.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience leading teams, managing workloads, and providing performance feedback in a finance or accounting environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software and office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting systems, ERP platforms).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Patna and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting firm or finance department, including exposure to compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
