Role Description The Tax Executive (SAP) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for managing tax-related activities within SAP, including accurate posting of tax entries, reconciliation of tax accounts, and support for periodic tax filings. The role involves reviewing financial data for tax compliance, coordinating with accounting and finance teams, and assisting in the preparation of tax schedules and reports.

The Tax

Executive will also help maintain tax master data in SAP,



support internal and external audits, and contribute to process improvements to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance, with the ability to apply these concepts within an SAP environment.
- Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and interpretation of data for tax purposes.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify discrepancies, assess tax impact, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP modules relevant to finance and taxation is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certification in taxation or SAP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian tax regulations and compliance requirements, especially GST and direct taxes.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office in the Pune Division.
