Role Description The Talent Manager (Celebrity) will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with celebrities and influencers, including coordination of schedules, bookings, and project commitments. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves negotiating contracts, managing deliverables, and ensuring all engagements align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Manager will collaborate with internal production, creative, and marketing teams to plan and execute multi-celebrity campaigns, brand shoots, and promotional activities. The role includes overseeing communication, handling queries and issues, and maintaining up-to-date records of all celebrity engagements and performance metrics.

Manager will also support talent scouting, shortlisting, and onboarding for new campaigns and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Experience in celebrity management or talent management, preferably within media, entertainment, advertising, or influencer marketing.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate among celebrities, agents, clients, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with confident client-facing and talent-facing interaction.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple campaigns, schedules, and deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with TV commercial production, brand shoots, and digital/influencer campaign workflows.
- Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software, project trackers).
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to a rapid-paced, dynamic environment with occasional extended hours around major shoots or campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience engaging with multi-celebrity campaigns and influencer marketing platforms is an advantage.
