We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Project Manager to drive organization wide initiatives across Recruitment, Employer Branding, Candidate & Employee Experience. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple projects, strategize and implement policies, and champion processes to create a best-in-class framework . The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition and HR processes, and a passion for fostering a high-quality hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute multiple concurrent TA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Strategize project roadmaps with key milestones and monitor progress with efficient planning of necessary tasks.
- Act as the custodian of TA policies, ensuring timely updates, compliance, and communication across stakeholders.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Drive implementation and adoption of Employee Value Proposition.




- Run Employer Branding initiatives like revamping of Career Page, establishing presence.
- Run internal and external branding campaigns for HCM centrally with the Marketing team.
- Champion Diversity Hiring Initiatives, including outreach, partnerships, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Review, Design and Implement initiatives towards improving Quality of Hiring like Assessments and Employee Experience like candidate engagement, onboarding and early joining experience.
- Conduct vendor evaluation, execute empanelment, and performance evaluation post empanelment.

Qualification Criteria

- MBA with 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition / HRBP or project management.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Experience in employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong in Excel and Data Analytics; efficient in creating management presentations
- Proficiency in HRIS and other recruitment software.
- Experience with vendor management and invoice payouts.
