What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Initially focus on hiring across:
- HR Technology: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise HR platforms.




- Software Engineering: Front-end, back-end and full-stack development.
- AI & Data: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering and related technologies.
- Build and nurture a strong network of technology professionals, consultants and freelancers.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future client requirements.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Business Development & Client Relationships

- Identify and connect with potential clients who require technology talent, recruitment or consulting support.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals and proactive prospecting.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders and business stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the Colleve team to deliver suitable talent solutions.
- Contribute to growing our client base and recruitment business.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical staffing or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, energetic and self-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people,



building networks and creating opportunities.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and recruit across different skill sets.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic workplace where client requirements and priorities may evolve.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to go beyond a traditional .
