Role Description The Talent Acquisition Associate (freshers – 1 year, 8k) role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves conducting initial candidate interactions, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.

Associate will assist in posting job openings, updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system,



and supporting hiring decisions with organized documentation. This role also includes collaborating with the HR team on onboarding activities and contributing to a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with an interest in learning and executing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interviewing skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess core Hiring skills, including coordinating interview schedules and supporting selection and offer processes.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple open positions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic computer applications and online recruitment platforms; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably HR, Business, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience.
