Support Consultant II

Full time, Bangalore, India In this role, you will support operational transactions.

What You'll Do

- Accurately and completely process the tasks in scope (including, but not limited to: online and traditional ticketing/fulfillment requests, back office error corrections, nonrefundable tracking/UETTR, CC reconciliation, SAP matching, VIM)
- Use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Maintain knowledge of the various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
- Effectively uses all available resources to handle the tasks assigned
- Perform follow-up as needed to ensure accurate fulfillment of the assigned task
- Respond and complete the incoming request/task within the established guidelines and SLA’s

What You'll Bring

- Prior travel industry experience
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Understands and accurately applies travel supplier rules
- Ability to work independently
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
