Role Description This full-time on-site Supply Chain Analyst role is based in Coimbatore.

The Supply Chain

Analyst will monitor and analyze demand patterns, support demand planning activities, and help maintain optimal inventory levels across the supply chain. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying trends that improve supply chain performance. The role involves collaborating with procurement, sales, and operations teams to resolve supply issues, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Supply Chain

Analyst will also assist in implementing best practices, ensuring data accuracy,



and supporting management in decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to forecast requirements and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Candidates should possess solid Supply Chain Operations knowledge to support end-to-end process efficiency and coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, build insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis or ERP tools; experience with reporting and dashboard creation is beneficial.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory analysis roles is an advantage.
