Role Description The Studio Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Studio

Operator will manage day-to-day studio operations, including setting up cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and other technical gear for live and recorded educational sessions. The role involves coordinating with faculty and production teams, monitoring recording quality, managing file storage and backups, and ensuring smooth transitions between sessions.

Operator will perform basic troubleshooting of studio equipment,



maintain an organized and safe studio environment, and assist with minor edits or content uploads as needed. This position requires consistent on-site presence during scheduled recording hours and collaboration with team members to support high-quality educational content production.

Qualifications

- Technical proficiency with studio equipment, including cameras, microphones, audio mixers, and lighting systems.
- Familiarity with recording workflows, basic video/audio file management, and studio software tools (e.g., OBS, simple editing or streaming platforms).
- Robust organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recording schedules and studio setups efficiently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with educators, content teams, and technical staff.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality control to ensure clear sound, stable visuals, and professional studio output.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Delhi, India, including occasional extended hours during peak recording periods.
- Prior experience in studio operations, broadcast, or video production is preferred; experience in an educational or edtech environment is an advantage.

- Relevant diploma or degree in media studies, film, communication, electronics, or a related field is beneficial; candidates with strong practical skills are also encouraged to apply.
