- Design, analyze, and inspect structural components(RCC/Steel).
- Ensure all projects meet safety, functionality, budgetary, and local building code standards from initial concept through completion.
- Collaborate closely with architects, general contractors, MEP engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard engineering software
- Develop structural construction documents, detailed framing plans, foundation layouts, and connection details.
- Coordinate building designs with architectural drawings, civil schematics, and MEP specifications to resolve spatial and structural conflicts.
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, requests for information (RFIs), and material test reports.
- Conduct periodic site visits and structural field observations to inspect construction progress and verify compliance with engineering drawings and building codes.
- Assess existing structures for renovations, retrofits, load changes, structural integrity,



and forensic damage assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive structural reports, specifications, and cost/material estimations for clients and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in structural analysis and building design.
- Proficiency with 3D structural analysis software.
- In-depth knowledge of codes and standards.
- Working knowledge of diverse structural materials, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, timber, and masonry.
- Strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills for cross-disciplinary coordination.

Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience in seismic design, wind load modelling.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices.
- Experience managing junior engineers, draftsmen, and project budgets.
- Proven problem-solving ability under tight project delivery deadlines.
