Shree Kailash Grain Mills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and business-oriented Strategic Plant HR Manager to lead our People, Performance & Plant HR function.

This is a strategic HR leadership role for someone who can move beyond traditional HR administration and build a performance-driven, accountable and compliant organisation.

? Key Responsibilities• Drive organisation structure, manpower planning and workforce deployment

- Ensure 100% JD & KPI coverage with regular performance reviews
- Lead performance management, coaching, PIP and performance improvement initiatives
- Drive quality hiring, role-fitment and 30/60/90-day onboarding effectiveness
- Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability and disciplined execution
- Develop skill matrices, training plans and succession plans for critical roles
- Monitor manpower productivity, overtime, absenteeism, attrition and people costs
- Manage employee relations, grievances, discipline and workforce stability
- Ensure statutory HR and labour compliance, including PF, ESIC, CLRA, wages, bonus, gratuity and contractor compliance
- Partner with plant leadership on safety, food safety, social compliance and audit readiness




- Maintain HR dashboards covering manpower, vacancies, hiring TAT, attrition, attendance, performance, training, grievances and compliance
- Drive plant administration including security, housekeeping, facilities, welfare and related controls

? What We’re Looking For✔️ 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing HR / Plant HR

✔️ Solid exposure to workforce planning, performance management, IR and statutory compliance

✔️ Experience in handling plant-level HR operations and employee relations

✔️ Strong analytical and data-driven approach to HR decision-making

✔️ Ability to influence managers and hold teams accountable

✔️ Strong communication, execution and problem-solving skills

✔️ Food manufacturing and Sedex/SMETA experience will be preferred
