Role Description The Store Manager role at Saundh is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that align with the brand’s identity. This role involves leading and motivating the store team, managing staffing and scheduling, and monitoring sales performance to meet targets.

Qualifications

- Solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Proficient Store Management capabilities, including daily operations oversight, inventory management, and team supervision.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard merchandise and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle retail management, preferably in a premium or boutique environment.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop store team members.
- Comfort with using POS systems and basic retail analytics tools to track sales and productivity.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail business needs.
