We're hiring: Stores Executive - Supply Chain Management

Tractrix Opto Dynamics is a Hyderabad-based deep-tech company working in the Defence, Aerospace, and Optics sectors. We focus on developing advanced technology solutions and supporting manufacturing activities through productive material and inventory management.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Stores Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day stores operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating material movement, and ensuring proper documentation to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline

Language Requirements: Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records.
2. Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
3. Coordinate material receipt, inspection, storage, and issue.
4. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material replenishment.
5. Support Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory practices to minimise excess stock and prevent shortages.
6. Coordinate with suppliers, Purchase, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
7. Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRNs), stock registers, issue slips,



and inventory reports.
8. Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
9. Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage, and preservation.
10. Track material dispatches, deliveries, and logistics activities.
11. Identify and report discrepancies in stock, documentation, or material movement.
12. Follow company procedures for safety, quality, documentation, and inventory control.

Eligibility & Skills:

- 2–3 years of experience in Stores, Inventory Management, SCM, Logistics, or Material Management.
- Familiarity with stock records, material documentation, and warehouse practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
- Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Industrial or manufacturing experience will be preferred.
