Role Description The Store Manager role at Peachmode.com is a full-time, in office position based in Bhind.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. This role involves guiding and supervising store staff, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Manager will handle customer queries and concerns, manage billing and cash handling, and implement retail loss prevention practices.



This position also includes coordinating with regional and head office teams for promotions, reporting, and continuous improvement of store performance.

Qualifications

- Strong store operations and retail management skills, including Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention.
- Excellent customer-facing abilities focused on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Clear and confident Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Proven experience in retail or fashion apparel environments, preferably in store leadership roles.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate responsibilities, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems, with attention to detail in reporting and cash handling.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Relevant educational background in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
