Role Description The Store Manager role at Purple United Sales Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management. This role is responsible for ensuring an engaging customer experience, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and managing inventory accuracy.

Manager monitors sales targets, implements retail loss prevention measures, and ensures store policies and procedures are followed.



The role also involves coaching team members, handling customer escalations, and collaborating with head office on promotions and store initiatives.

Qualifications

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to create positive in-store experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Store Management capabilities to oversee operations, staffing, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to safeguard stock, minimize shrinkage, and enforce security procedures.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in fashion, footwear, or kid’s apparel.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic retail systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
