Role Description The Store Manager (Hotel Industry Experienced) will oversee daily operations of resort retail and inventory functions, ensuring an efficient, guest-focused shopping experience. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru includes managing store staff, coordinating merchandising and stock levels, monitoring retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales.

The Store

Manager will collaborate closely with hotel operations, food and beverage,



and events teams to align store offerings with guest needs and event requirements.

Responsibilities include setting service standards, resolving guest issues, analyzing sales performance, and implementing process improvements that increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills to engage guests and coordinate with internal teams.
- Proven experience in Store Management, including staff supervision, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and ability to implement controls to minimize shrinkage.
- Previous experience in the hotel or resort industry, preferably in retail, procurement, or stores operations.
- Ability to work on-site in a quick-paced hospitality environment, including weekends and peak event periods as needed.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using POS and inventory management systems.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
