About Eco Mitra Tablewares Pvt. Ltd. Eco Mitra Tablewares Pvt. Ltd. manufactures eco-friendly disposable tableware and food packaging products, including paper cups, bagasse-based products, wooden cutlery and takeaway packaging. Our work supports food-service businesses with practical packaging and tableware solutions. We are looking for a detail-orientated store & procurement executive to support timely material availability, accurate inventory control and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Role Overview: The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating timely procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies, and ensuring smooth material movement to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain stock records for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and finished goods; update inward and outward entries accurately.
- Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum levels and reorder points to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with production, quality, finance and vendors to ensure materials are available as per operational requirements.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders, obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, lead time and payment terms.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve discrepancies related to quantity, quality, invoices or delivery schedules.




- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents; coordinate inspection and proper storage/labelling.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and support cycle counts, stock reconciliation and audits. • Maintain purchase, GRN, issue, return and inventory documentation using Excel/ERP or other company systems.
- Track procurement costs, vendor performance and material consumption; highlight slow-moving, obsolete or near-expiry stock where applicable.
- Follow company procedures for safe storage, housekeeping and material handling.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any relevant discipline; candidates with supply chain, logistics, commerce or operations education will be preferred.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in stores, inventory control and procurement.
- Prior experience in F&B; (Food & Beverage) / FMCG and the packaging industry is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of purchase orders, GRN, stock registers, vendor coordination and inventory reconciliation.
- Good Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/inventory software; clear communication and follow-up skills.
- Organised, detail-orientated and able to coordinate across departments in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of packaging materials and production-consumption cycles.
- Basic negotiation, quotation comparison and vendor management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
