About the Company The Manager - BAU oversees the end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for all clients. This role drives operational efficiency, automation, workforce development, and service excellence, aligning with the company's digital transformation strategy. It supports the Director - BAU in optimizing payroll outsourcing and SaaS BAU activities through process automation, data-driven decision-making, and workforce development.

Education and Experience:

- At least five (5) years in multi-country payroll operations, including three (3) years executing statutory filings to tax and social security authorities.
- Experience supporting or contributing to automation of statutory filing tasks, including automated validation or reconciliation, with an emphasis on preventing defects before submission.
- Hands-on filing experience on authority portals in at least two (2) jurisdictions, including remediation of portal validation failures.
- Working knowledge of payroll tax and social security contribution rules and the derivation of statutory report values from payroll output.




- Experience operating within maker-checker or segregation-of-duties controls.
- Working knowledge of statutory payment execution and settlement timing.
- Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the judgment to hold a filing rather than release it on an unresolved exception.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and large-file reconciliation.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to document a fi ling position clearly enough to defend it to an authority.

Nice to Have: ● Professional certifi cation such as CPP, CIPP or an equivalent payroll or tax qualifi cation.

● Working knowledge of an additional language.

● Experience in a global payroll outsourcing or SaaS payroll setting.

● Prior interaction with tax or social security authorities on assessments, queries or audits.

● Working knowledge of Monday.com or an equivalent workfl ow platform.
