About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analog & Mixed-Signal Design Engineer with deep expertise in analog circuit design, high-speed circuits, and mixed-signal integration. In this role, you will drive the design, development, simulation, and verification of high-performance analog IPs, contributing to critical components of our semiconductor products.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams across circuit design, layout, verification, and system development to translate architectural requirements into robust, silicon-ready implementations. The ideal candidate combines solid transistor-level design expertise with a system-level perspective, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, simulate, and verify high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Perform transistor-level circuit design, optimization, and performance analysis for analog IPs.
- Contribute to high-speed analog circuit design, signal integrity, and power management solutions.
- Develop and optimize circuit architectures to meet power, performance, area (PPA), and reliability targets.
- Perform circuit simulations and AMS verification using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with layout, verification, and system engineering teams to ensure robust circuit implementation and design integrity.
- Analyze simulation results, troubleshoot complex circuit issues, and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Participate in technical design reviews, design debugging, silicon bring-up, and post-silicon validation.




- Support the complete product development lifecycle, from architecture and circuit design through implementation, characterization, and validation.
- Take technical ownership of assigned IP blocks or analog top-level (ATOP) development, providing technical guidance and supporting other engineering team members.

Technical Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, high-speed circuit design, or power management.
- Demonstrated transistor-level design and simulation experience in advanced semiconductor process nodes.
- Experience designing one or more of the following:
- Serializer/deserializer (SerDes) circuits
- Analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs)
- Phase-locked loops (PLLs), delay-locked loops (DLLs), or LC-PLLs
- Voltage and current reference circuits
- Low-dropout regulators (LDOs)
- DC-DC converters and power management circuits
- Analog top-level integration (ATOP)

- Proficiency in circuit simulation, performance optimization, and analog/mixed-signal verification methodologies.
- Strong understanding of layout-aware circuit design, parasitic effects, and physical implementation constraints.
- Ability to independently analyze simulation data, reproduce design results, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commitment to design quality and reliability.

Qualifications

- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex circuit design challenges and deliver results with increasing technical independence.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute technical expertise, support peer development, and drive engineering decisions.
