Role Description The Sr.

Salesforce Solution

Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, integrated with AWS services. This full-time remote role involves leading discovery and requirement-gathering sessions, translating business needs into robust technical architectures, and guiding Salesforce and AWS configuration and customization. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating solution and integration designs, overseeing development efforts, ensuring best practices and governance, and conducting technical reviews and performance optimizations. The Sr. Architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders,



business analysts, consultants, and development teams, provide thought leadership on Salesforce and cloud capabilities, and support presales and estimation activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Robust Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions and aligning them with AWS architectures.
- Consulting and Business Process expertise, with the ability to facilitate workshops, analyze requirements, map end-to-end processes, and recommend improvements.
- Hands-on Software Development experience in Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, configuration) and familiarity with AWS services for application and data integration.
- Integration skills across Salesforce, AWS, and third-party systems, using APIs, middleware, and data synchronization patterns.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) and AWS certifications are highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in cloud security, performance optimization, and scalable solution design.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
