Our Compression Service organization is looking for a highly driven and self-motivated Senior Finance Professional to join our Finance team supporting the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.

In this role, you will partner closely with project acquisition, project execution, service operations, finance teams in the region, regional HUB management, regional and global management of CP and Global Business Controlling team, supporting business performance through financial insights, reporting, forecasting processes, governance and digital transformation initiatives. Your contributions will help drive transparency, operational excellence and informed decision-making across the region.

You will act as a process champion with a continuous focus on standardization, automation and digitalization. The role includes supporting the Finance Head on commercial and financial topics, management reporting, planning and forecasting processes, governance initiatives and special projects.

In addition, the role involves leading a regional finance support team responsible for reporting, analytics, forecasting support, process standardization and digitalization initiatives across MEAP. You will also support strategic initiatives including business transformation projects, M&A; activities and carve-out programs.

How You’ll Make An Impact.

- Aggregate, analyze and present business data to support monthly performance reviews, forecasting processes and annual planning cycles.
- Partner with sales, project execution and service operations teams to improve financial transparency, data quality and business performance.
- Prepare management reports and provide business insights to support effective decision-making.
- Analyze business trends, identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Support commercial and financial reviews across a broad range of business topics, strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with regional operations teams and global stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting processes.




- Drive automation, digitalization and process improvement initiatives using SAP, SAC, Power BI, Alteryx, AI-enabled solutions and other digital tools.
- Support governance, compliance and internal control initiatives across the regional service organization.
- Lead and coordinate special projects including organizational transformations, restructuring initiatives, M&A; integration activities and carve-out projects.
- Lead and develop a regional business analyst team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc management requests and cross-functional initiatives

What You Bring.

- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in project business, service operations, project execution, sales support, bid management or commercial project management would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting and business analytics.
- Experience with SAP and up-to-date reporting and analytics tools; knowledge of SAC, Power BI, Alteryx and AI-enabled digital solutions is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive change and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
