Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, Use Cases), and act as a Product Owner to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering through development, testing, and release.
- Work closely with global technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate product testing, defect analysis, and feature validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, resolve issues, and improve processes.
- Manage Agile ceremonies and track requirements using Jira and Confluence.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering through implementation.
- Communicate platform updates, enhancements, and project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Robust experience in BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, and process documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and BA documentation tools.
- Basic SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
