We’re Hiring! | Sports Development Officer Role: Sports Development Officer – Sports Classes

Are you passionate about sports and working with young girls? Do you want to contribute to building sports programmes for girls in rural and underserved communities? Join our team and help create meaningful opportunities for girls through sports.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development of community-level sports programmes and work with local women to strengthen these programmes.
- Address the challenges of developing sports opportunities for girls in rural communities.
- Support the development of digital technology to improve the sports curriculum.
- Assist with communication and content through our online sports mobile application.
- Develop engaging, girl-centred educational sports videos.
- Coordinate with Naandi Headquarters and regional coaches to support multi-sport events across the country.
- Manage day-to-day Excel-based data processes and prepare clear sports reports and manuals.
- Travel to regional Nanhi Kali sports zones to support sporting events and ensure quality standards.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or above.
- Female candidates preferred.




- Passion for working with young girls and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in building community programmes in underserved communities.
- Basic technical skills, including:
- Experience with video editing software and tools.
- Familiarity with Google platforms.
- Experience with AI-generated imagery.
- Basic Excel skills, data entry and validation.
- Good written communication skills, including preparing short reports, writing clear instructions and editing templates.
- Interest in multiple sports; experience as an athlete is preferred, and coaching experience is an added advantage.

- Strong organisational skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Understanding of and commitment to the Nanhi Kali mission.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, multicultural and inclusive setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the programme and its athletes.
- Willingness to travel.
