Impact Neurogrowth Centre (INGC) is an integrated pediatric neurodevelopment centre based in Nanganallur, Chennai. We work with children and families to support communication, participation and everyday developmental skills through individualised care.

Our INAI Model—INGC Neuro Adaptive Intensive Model—brings together developmental therapies, selected neurodevelopmental modalities and parent guidance around each child’s needs. Our services include Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Neuro-motor and Reflex Integration, Neurofeedback, and Photobiomodulation (PBM), alongside support for school readiness and daily living skills.

Role Description

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Nanganallur, Chennai. The role involves assessing children’s speech, language and communication needs, developing individualised intervention plans, and delivering therapy focused on meaningful functional communication.

Key responsibilities include

- Conducting speech, language and communication assessments.




- Establishing individualised goals and delivering evidence-informed therapy.
- Monitoring progress and adapting intervention plans to each child’s needs.
- Maintaining accurate assessment reports, session notes and progress documentation.
- Guiding parents and caregivers on strategies to support communication in everyday routines.
- Collaborating with occupational therapists and other team members to coordinate care.
- Participating in case discussions, training and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills

- B.ASLP preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Knowledge of pediatric speech and language development, assessment and intervention.
- Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills.
- A patient, respectful and child-centred approach.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team.
