Position Summary

Specialist Deputy Manager, Art (Pursuit Design) We are seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the execution of complex design solutions for client-facing, marketing, and client experience projects. In this role, you will develop and oversee creative storyboards, visual themes, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of materials—including emerging media—ensuring high standards of quality and brand consistency.

You’ll mentor and guide junior designers, conduct quality assessments, and review deliverables for accuracy. Collaboration with both offshore and onshore teams is essential to ensure seamless project delivery. Leveraging Gen AI tools and platforms, you will drive innovation and efficiency in design processes, supporting Deloitte’s marketing and communication goals with visually compelling assets.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Art on the Pursuit Management team, you will be responsible for-:

- Lead the execution of complex design solutions for client-facing, marketing, and client experience projects.
- Develop and oversee creative storyboards, visual themes, illustrations, and layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, conducting quality assessments and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Utilize Gen AI tools and platforms to drive innovation and efficiency in design processes.
- Strong project management abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for delivering innovative, visually compelling assets that support the Deloitte’s marketing and communication goals.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), BSc. in Visual Communication, or related field.
- 8–12 years of creative design/visual communication experience in marketing or marketing communications, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creative skills across digital, print, or multimedia projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong illustration skills, aesthetic sense, and knowledge of typography, color, and design trends.
- Experience in corporate communications and brand identity, with the ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Excellent project management, client relationship management, and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into impactful visual solutions. Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Research and recommend new design tools, techniques, and trends.
- Understanding of creative Gen AI platforms

Preferred:

- Experience with digital publishing, responsive web design, and motion graphics/video/audio editing.
- Prior experience in leading and coaching design teams.
