Role Description The Spa Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Udaipur is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa. This includes managing spa services and facilities, supervising and mentoring spa team members, and ensuring that all guests receive a consistently high standard of service.

The Spa

Manager will coordinate scheduling, monitor inventory and supplies, and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards.



The role also involves driving revenue and profitability through effective budgeting, service promotion, and guest retention initiatives, while maintaining a relaxing and welcoming setting aligned with Fairmont’s brand and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in spa management and day-to-day spa operations.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management in a hospitality or wellness setting.
- Knowledge of skin care treatments, spa therapies, and wellness products.
- Leadership abilities to supervise, coach, and motivate a diverse spa team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
- Organizational and time-management skills for scheduling, inventory control, and workflow coordination.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is an advantage.
- Relevant certification or diploma in spa management, wellness, or hospitality is preferred.
