Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers and service providers to support Laabdhi’s finance and outsourcing operations. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The Sourcing

Manager will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to forecast needs, optimize costs,



and maintain high-quality service delivery. The role also involves monitoring supplier performance, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing processes and strategies.

Qualifications

- Solid sourcing, procurement, and vendor management skills, including experience in supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.
- Solid analytical and research abilities to assess markets, compare proposals, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of financial services, outsourcing operations, or skilled services environments is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other relevant tools used for cost analysis, reporting, and tracking procurement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification in procurement/supply chain is an advantage.
