We’re looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect with strong Salesforce expertise, retail domain knowledge, and a proven track record in deal wins.

Key Requirements

- 12+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in pre-sales.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B/B2C Commerce, OMS, Loyalty, Data 360, Agentforce, and MuleSoft.
- Strong experience in RFP/RFI ownership, solution architecture, client presentations, effort estimation, and commercial modelling.
- Valuable understanding of retail processes and omnichannel solutions.

? Location: Bengaluru (preferred), Pune, Mumbai, or Hyderabad, subject to office availability. ? Work Mode: Onsite, Monday–Friday
