Role Description The Software Test Engineer will work full time in office in Noida, ensuring the quality and reliability of IFI’s digital platforms and supporting technology. This role involves designing and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing, and validating new features and bug fixes across web and mobile applications.

The Software Test

Engineer collaborates closely with software developers, product teams, and production staff to identify defects, document issues, and verify resolutions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements, preparing test plans, running regression and functional tests,



and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes to support smooth show operations and audience experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Testing, Test Execution, and Testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Candidates should possess experience in designing and maintaining Test Cases and test plans based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Software Development processes and collaboration within agile or similar methodologies.
- Candidates should possess analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar) and basic knowledge of automation frameworks as an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced production environments, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
