We're looking for Software Engineers!

Responsibilities:

- Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops across Telecom and Technology clients.
- Drive AS-IS / TO-BE assessments, process transformation, and operating model modernization initiatives.
- Support OSS/BSS transformation programs including service assurance, service fulfillment, CRM, billing, and customer experience domains.
- Contribute to cloud, data, AI, and platform modernization engagements.
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, capability assessments, and executive recommendations.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic consulting outcomes.
- Support AI-driven operational transformation initiatives including automation, observability, intelligent operations, and autonomous network concepts.
- Create executive presentations,



consulting deliverables, and client-facing recommendations.
