We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Editor who can turn ideas into engaging content and manage the day-to-day execution of our social media channels.

This role combines video editing, content ideation, thumbnail creation, content calendar management, and social media publishing. From editing scroll-stopping Reels to scheduling posts and maintaining a consistent content calendar, you’ll play an significant role in building our brand’s digital presence.

What You’ll Do

Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, and other digital platforms.

Brainstorm content ideas, hooks, and creative formats aligned with brand objectives and current social media trends.

Create video thumbnails, Reel covers, and supporting creatives using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.

Manage and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring content is planned, scheduled, and published on time.

Handle social media posting, scheduling, reposting, and cross-platform content distribution.

Write or coordinate captions, hashtags, and other publishing elements to ensure content is ready for posting.

Repurpose existing videos, webinars, interviews, and long-form content into engaging short-form videos.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to plan and execute social media content.





Track published content and monitor basic metrics such as views, reach, watch time, and engagement.

Stay updated with emerging social media trends, editing techniques, and AI-powered content creation tools.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, social media management, or content creation.

Strong command of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for thumbnail and cover creation.

Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, content hooks, storytelling, and social media formats.

Experience managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and publishing content using tools such as Buffer or Meta Business Suite.

Good creative thinking, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple content deliverables and meet deadlines consistently.

A proactive approach to content ideation, execution, and improving content performance.

Bonus Points If You

Have experience shooting videos using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.

Can repurpose long-form videos into multiple engaging social media assets.

Have experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, or Sora.

Understand basic social media analytics and content performance optimisation.

Have a portfolio showcasing both video editing skills and social media content you have worked on.
