Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role based in Bengaluru.

The Social Media

Specialist will manage and grow AI CERTs® presence across social media platforms through daily content planning, creation, and publishing. This role involves monitoring social channels, engaging with audiences, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align social campaigns with overall brand and business objectives,



track performance metrics, and optimize content based on data insights.

Additional responsibilities include staying current with social media trends, contributing creative ideas for campaigns, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience executing campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including planning, writing, and visual coordination for posts and stories.
- Solid foundation in Marketing principles, with the ability to align social media activities to brand and business goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication and professional online interaction with diverse audiences.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize content performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AI, blockchain, or education/edtech sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
